Cerous selenite, Ce2(SeO3)3
Cerous selenite, Ce2(SeO3)3.12H2O, is precipitated from cerous acetate and selenious acid, and loses 9H2O over sulphuric acid. The acid selenites, Ce2(SeO3)3.H2SeO3.4H2O (or 5H2O) and Ce2(SeO3)3.3H2SeO3.2H2O, have also been described.
