Cerous iodate, Ce(IO3)3
Cerous iodate, Ce(IO3)3.2H2O, is readily obtained by double decomposition as a white, amorphous, sparingly soluble precipitate. At 25°, one litre of saturated solution contains 1.64 grams of the anhydrous salt.
